Smart Admin 4U was created by Amanda Perkin, who is based in Nantwich, Cheshire and works remotely with small businesses across the UK.

Amanda has spent more than 20 years working across admin, customer service and business support roles, so she knows how quickly repeated jobs can build up and start taking over the day.

She is naturally drawn to spotting repeated actions, unnecessary steps and the little friction points that make business feel harder than it needs to be.

That is where the automation side comes in. Not as a cold, complicated tech fix, but as a practical way to make things smoother, tidier and easier to keep on top of.
